前言
很久沒(méi)有寫(xiě)博客了(大概有4個(gè)月的樣子了吧),從2015年8月份開(kāi)始一直忙于公司的系統(tǒng),直到2016年6月底全部上線(xiàn);包含4個(gè)廠區(qū),每個(gè)廠區(qū)都是上千人的規(guī)模,而負(fù)責(zé)搞這個(gè)項(xiàng)目的算上我只有2個(gè)人,說(shuō)多了都是淚:

估計(jì)大家都沒(méi)遇見(jiàn)過(guò)這樣的工作吧?哈哈.
歷經(jīng)艱難、跟各個(gè)部門(mén)(IE、PE、生產(chǎn)、PMC、QA等)唇槍舌戰(zhàn)、好在在6月底總算是全部上線(xiàn),總算是一點(diǎn)欣慰,畢竟決定了接手這個(gè)項(xiàng)目,那就要用心去做,只有用心了才能做好。
吐槽完畢,下面開(kāi)始說(shuō)正事兒

公司的系統(tǒng)上線(xiàn)之后,我也稍微可以緩口氣了,加班稍微少了一點(diǎn),一般到了下午6點(diǎn)半就能下班,所以我還是決定將2015年初整理的這套項(xiàng)目拿出來(lái)繼續(xù)優(yōu)化,該項(xiàng)目已Web模式為主、客戶(hù)端模式為輔,互相結(jié)合使用;目前主要包含以下幾個(gè)主要功能模塊:
本文主要說(shuō)一下打印的問(wèn)題,在生產(chǎn)制造業(yè)中條碼打印是非常頻繁的,也是必不可少的;我曾經(jīng)親身經(jīng)歷過(guò)這么一件事情:生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)在進(jìn)行包裝的時(shí)候,打印了兩張卡通標(biāo)簽,但是操作員在將卡通標(biāo)簽貼在盒子上的時(shí)候貼反了,也就是說(shuō)標(biāo)簽上面的序列號(hào)與盒子里面裝的實(shí)物完全對(duì)不上,為此在海關(guān)被攔截了,當(dāng)時(shí)廠里派了QA、生產(chǎn)、貨倉(cāng)與IT一同去海關(guān)處解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題,我剛好在其中,整個(gè)過(guò)程是非常繁瑣的,為此公司高層也要求必須杜絕這種品質(zhì)事件,故我們也是采用了"在線(xiàn)打印"的方式進(jìn)行包裝,并且只有QA才有標(biāo)簽重打的權(quán)限。
這個(gè)故事反應(yīng)了生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的真實(shí)現(xiàn)象,所以我這邊采用如下方式完成打印:

以上代碼是Web應(yīng)用程序中的腳本,主要是通過(guò)API獲取需要打印的數(shù)據(jù),這里返回的是text類(lèi)型,其實(shí)也可以返回Json格式的數(shù)據(jù);用戶(hù)完成包裝之后系統(tǒng)會(huì)按照包裝規(guī)則產(chǎn)生一個(gè)唯一的卡通箱號(hào),那么這個(gè)箱號(hào)就作為API的參數(shù) carton_sn= box傳進(jìn)去,根據(jù)該箱號(hào)返回真實(shí)的包裝數(shù)據(jù);然后通過(guò)window.external調(diào)用客戶(hù)端的打印函數(shù)。
通過(guò)如下代碼獲取本地默認(rèn)打印機(jī):

因?yàn)槲疫@里的客戶(hù)端程序就是對(duì)Web程式加殼了,通過(guò)這個(gè)客戶(hù)端程序就可以方便的獲取本地默認(rèn)打印機(jī),采用這種方式比在網(wǎng)頁(yè)中安裝 activex 控件要爽的多,誰(shuí)用誰(shuí)知道.
網(wǎng)頁(yè)傳過(guò)來(lái)的參數(shù)以鍵值對(duì)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn):

這樣一來(lái),操作員手上沒(méi)有多的條碼,必須包裝完成之后系統(tǒng)才會(huì)一對(duì)一的打印一份條碼出來(lái),完成一個(gè)產(chǎn)品的包裝就貼一個(gè)條碼,很大程度上面避免了條碼混亂的問(wèn)題.
已完成的部分功能
#1工單維護(hù):這個(gè)一般都是由PMC完成的,PMC根據(jù)排期計(jì)劃合理創(chuàng)建工單,如果企業(yè)上了SAP系統(tǒng),也可以直接鏈接到SAP系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行下載工單資料,這樣就更方便了.
#2工單優(yōu)先級(jí):PMC在創(chuàng)建工單的時(shí)候會(huì)指定該信息,生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中系統(tǒng)會(huì)體現(xiàn)該信息,起到提示用戶(hù)的目的,管理者可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況隨時(shí)變更該信息。
#3工藝路線(xiàn)維護(hù):工藝路線(xiàn)由 IE 完成,生產(chǎn)部根據(jù) IE 制定的工藝路線(xiàn)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn),系統(tǒng)會(huì)檢測(cè)每一個(gè)工序的通過(guò)情況,比如上一個(gè)工序沒(méi)有做則不可以直接跳到下一個(gè)工序。
#4目檢過(guò)站:操作掃描條碼過(guò)站,必須按照 IE 制定的工藝路線(xiàn)進(jìn)行,如果掃描的條碼不在當(dāng)前工序,則系統(tǒng)會(huì)提示當(dāng)前條碼的正確位置。
#5目檢過(guò)站:系統(tǒng)會(huì)將不良品強(qiáng)制打入維修中心,在完成修理之前無(wú)法進(jìn)行其它的操作。
#6組裝動(dòng)態(tài)裝配:系統(tǒng)支持動(dòng)態(tài)配置裝配規(guī)則,不同的工單采用不同的規(guī)則進(jìn)行裝配,每一個(gè)裝配條碼可獨(dú)立配置條碼規(guī)則,比如長(zhǎng)度、前綴等信息,防止用戶(hù)輸入錯(cuò)誤。
#7FQC送檢:系統(tǒng)采用 AQL 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)動(dòng)態(tài)抽檢,打破傳統(tǒng)的抽檢模式,由系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)計(jì)算需要抽檢的產(chǎn)品,同時(shí)也由系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)根據(jù) AQL 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行結(jié)果判定,有效幫助品質(zhì)人員進(jìn)行品質(zhì)監(jiān)控與管理。
#8FQC抽檢:生產(chǎn)方面將產(chǎn)品以批次單位送檢至QC,系統(tǒng)提示QC需要抽檢的產(chǎn)品序列號(hào),QC針對(duì)需要抽檢的產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)并錄入抽檢結(jié)果,系統(tǒng)根據(jù)抽檢情況按照 AQL 自動(dòng)判定.
#9包裝規(guī)則:針對(duì)每個(gè)工單配置相應(yīng)的包裝規(guī)則,比如卡通箱容量、箱號(hào)長(zhǎng)度、箱號(hào)前綴等信息,并上傳卡通標(biāo)簽?zāi)0濉?/p>
#10包裝:包裝規(guī)則配置完成之后,即可掃描條碼進(jìn)行包裝了。
結(jié)束包裝的時(shí)候,系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)將標(biāo)簽打印出來(lái).
#11不良品維修:生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的不良都會(huì)被系統(tǒng)強(qiáng)制打入維修中心,必須經(jīng)過(guò)修理之后才能進(jìn)行其它工序。
